Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Deployment Manager.
- Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and other tools.
- Containerize and orchestrate workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate operational tasks with Linux, Bash, and Python scripting.
- Monitor systems using Kibana, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Datadog.
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Handle production support, release management, and chaos engineering.
- Integrate PagerDuty or Opsgenie for automated escalation.
- Automate deployment gates based on SLO compliance and use predictive analytics for scaling decisions.
Requirements
- Experience with multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with Terraform and Deployment Manager.
- Experience building pipelines with GitHub Actions and other CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Linux, Bash, and Python scripting experience.
- Experience with monitoring and APM tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Datadog.
- Knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, ITSM/ITIL processes, and ticketing tools.
