Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deliver large-scale, fault-tolerant software systems for labor planning and workforce optimization.
- Build platforms that provide aggregate and real-time fulfillment-center data, insights, and software services for planning and staffing.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including scoping, design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Partner with product managers, software engineers, UX designers, and other teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Commit production code and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
