Responsibilities
- Establish and evolve mobile architecture patterns and technical standards for the Patient domain.
- Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best practices across mobile development.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and guide architectural decisions for the mobile platform.
- Mentor and support mobile engineers in implementing robust and scalable solutions.
- Build features that improve the user experience and application performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience building high-usage mobile applications, ideally in B2C environments.
- Deep expertise in React Native and mobile development best practices.
- A track record of establishing technical standards and improving code quality at scale.
- Product orientation and the ability to balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Strong technical leadership and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Contributions to open-source mobile projects or mobile developer communities are preferred.
- Experience with native iOS or Android development alongside React Native is preferred.
