Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR technology solutions that support business goals and improve employee experience.
- Translate HR and IT functional requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Support architecture frameworks for talent management, learning, and workforce planning systems.
- Integrate HR platforms with enterprise systems while maintaining data consistency and compliance.
- Evaluate and select HR tools and technologies based on business needs and technical feasibility.
- Provide technical input during solution development, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements to usability, efficiency, and data quality.
- Ensure HR solutions follow data governance, privacy, security, and architectural standards.
- Track HR technology trends and contribute insights to solution design and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
- Required skills include commercial modeling, critical thinking, data analytics, data visualization, finance, forecasting, insight generation, people leadership, and strategic advisory.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
- Listed relevant certifications include HR implementation, Microsoft Power Platform, PHR, and SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
