Base Salary
$122k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise business units and technology leaders on enterprise cloud adoption strategies.
- Define and govern cloud solution patterns, reference architectures, and design standards across Azure and hybrid environments.
- Shape cloud security guardrails, governance models, and architectural standards.
- Guide cloud onboarding and large-scale migration initiatives as a senior technical advisor.
- Conduct architecture assessments and optimization reviews for complex cloud solutions.
- Partner with enterprise architecture, cloud platform, operations, and governance teams.
- Mentor senior architects and engineers and lead cloud architecture enablement efforts.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging cloud technologies and influence enterprise adoption strategies.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically 10+ years of relevant experience; fewer years may be required with relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications.
- Recognized expertise in cloud solution architecture within large, regulated enterprise environments.
- Deep Microsoft Azure expertise; AWS or GCP experience is a plus.
- Strong experience with cloud-native architectures and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Experience defining enterprise cloud standards and reference architectures.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud migration or modernization programs.
- Ability to influence architectural decisions and align multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, including translating complex technical concepts for business leaders.
- Cloud architecture certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.
- Healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.
