Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance complex software components and services.
- Drive cloud operations, payment operations, AI adoption, DevOps practices, and SRE-related capabilities.
- Lead code reviews and provide feedback on code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot software defects and production issues using root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Apply secure coding, testing, documentation, telemetry, monitoring, and operational practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and training.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and the ability to apply IT best practices.
- Preferred: five or more years of software development experience.
- Preferred: experience with AI ways of building operations, AI operations tools, Dynatrace, telemetry, and Splunk.
