Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions across AWS environments.
- Design RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, and multi-agent orchestration systems for production use.
- Provision and maintain AI infrastructure with Terraform, including supporting compute, storage, networking, and security services.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts with GitLab, Python, and Bash for testing, deployment, infrastructure provisioning, model deployment, and data pipelines.
- Develop React interfaces, monitoring solutions, administrative tools, APIs, and integration services for AI automation and orchestration.
- Resolve complex AI infrastructure and application problems, support reliability reviews, and recommend proactive measures to prevent interruptions.
- Prepare technical designs, specifications, testing strategies, implementation plans, documentation, management reports, and business-requirement traceability.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, architecture reviews, technical discussions, mentoring, and training for junior engineers and technical staff.
- Apply change management, information security, responsible AI, compliance, audit, standards, and cloud cost-optimization practices.
- Provide production support, including possible on-call rotation, callback, extended deployment hours, and maintenance windows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Progressive experience building Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG pipeline design, and agent orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and related AI/ML services.
- Strong Python and Bash programming skills for automation, scripting, AI/ML tooling, and API development.
- Advanced Terraform proficiency, including module development and state management.
- Experience with core AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, RDS, and Systems Manager.
- Strong GitLab CI/CD and deployment automation experience, plus proficiency with React for internal tools.
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, distributed systems, networking, security, scalability, system design, and complex technical troubleshooting.
- Preferred qualifications include vector databases, embedding models, semantic search, LangChain or LangGraph, Docker, ECS, EKS, FinOps, security scanning, DevSecOps, disaster recovery, and observability tools.
- Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Machine Learning or AI Practitioner, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
- Strong communication, technical leadership, mentoring, collaboration, risk management, and responsible AI decision-making skills.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents with at least three years of legal residency.
