Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for complex problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Identify and implement team best practices to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration on project objectives and deliverables.
- Integrate applications with business systems and platforms and troubleshoot application issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience integrating applications with business systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with collaborative software development tools and agile development methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
