Responsibilities
- Understand customer business domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs to guide solution design.
- Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations.
- Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders as their technical counterpart.
- Bridge the gap between pre-sales/CS and engineering to ensure actionable requirements.
- Architect modular, scalable solutions that can be extended across customers.
- Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to oversee solution implementation.
- Partner with sales engineers to scope new opportunities and define technical requirements.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and business transformation.
- Ensure all solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site discovery and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years in solution architecture or consulting roles focused on customer-facing software.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of customer priorities and ability to translate needs into technical plans.
- Skilled in crafting scalable and future-proof architectures with a growth mindset.
- Exceptional ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project planning tools and capable of managing multiple timelines.
- Proven ability to define and track success through OKRs and KPIs.
- Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms with understanding of multi-tenant design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
