Responsibilities
- Understand customer domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs to guide solution design.
- Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations aligned with customer goals.
- Build trusted technical partnerships with customer stakeholders.
- Translate requirements between pre-sales, customer success, and engineering teams.
- Architect modular and scalable solutions reusable across customers and verticals.
- Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to oversee implementation and maintain architectural alignment.
- Support pre-sales by scoping opportunities, defining technical requirements, and assessing feasibility and effort.
- Track emerging trends in AI, software integration, and business transformation.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Travel up to 50% for on-site discovery, deployment, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting roles focused on enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, AWS, GCP, or Azure, and modern integration patterns such as APIs, webhooks, and pipelines.
- Ability to translate customer business needs into technical execution plans and scalable architectures.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project planning tools and methodologies, managing multiple solution tracks and timelines.
- Ability to define and track success using OKRs, KPIs, and tangible business outcomes.
- Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms, including extensibility and multi-tenant design principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are a plus.
