Salesforce - Staff Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives and establish Salesforce best practices.
- Own the overall technical implementation of Salesforce at LendingTree.
- Design and build custom Salesforce features based on business needs.
- Oversee integrations with internal and external systems and applications.
- Evaluate and recommend AppExchange applications.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and educate them on Salesforce capabilities.
- Mentor and guide more junior engineers and provide technical guidance for Salesforce.
- Advocate for and evangelize LendingTree technology.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of programming experience in Salesforce.
- At least 2 years of experience working at an architectural level.
- Computer Science or closely related degree.
- Extensive experience collaborating with business teams and executing the resulting technical solutions.
- Expert-level Salesforce knowledge.
