Responsibilities
- Lead application architecture, solution design, development, integration, deployment, and production support across the software development lifecycle.
- Direct technology strategy and architectural decisions across platforms and teams.
- Design, develop, and review reusable, testable, maintainable full-stack solutions and scalable backend integrations.
- Resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions.
- Partner with stakeholders, product teams, architects, vendors, and engineering teams to define solution strategies and communicate technical recommendations.
- Establish engineering standards, delivery practices, technical documentation, and implementation guidelines while mentoring technical contributors.
- Improve software quality, testing automation, observability, development processes, and engineering tools.
- Architect and manage integrations across APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure solutions meet functional, performance, reliability, security, risk, and information security requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years in a technical lead role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering, or a Master’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development across multiple platforms.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and Node.js, TypeScript, ECS, Kubernetes, Kore.AI, Android, and iOS development.
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C, or JavaScript and related frameworks and tools.
