Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship product features end to end.
- Optimize profile-result ranking and improve search queries.
- Develop new filters and data sources for the search engine.
- Improve the first five minutes of the user experience.
- Build LLM-powered features, including model fine-tuning and feedback loops for search improvement.
- Contribute to engineering decisions while working closely with the founders.
Requirements
- Experience building something from scratch, such as a startup, project, or feature.
- Demonstrated excellence through education, work experience, projects, or other accomplishments.
- Hands-on, fast-moving approach with a preference for learning by building.
- Ownership of projects and willingness to take asymmetric bets.
- Some experience with the core technology stack, including Next.js and AWS.
