Base Salary
$110k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure, tooling, and ML framework platform capabilities aligned with roadmap and domain priorities.
- Drive coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across the full software development lifecycle.
- Design scalable and resilient cloud-native systems and lead system design reviews.
- Build AI-driven applications with ML components and intelligent automation features using Java.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus four years of software engineering experience, or six years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, and automation.
- Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
- Ability to integrate AI/ML components and build intelligent automation features using Java.
- Experience conducting system design reviews and applying data-driven decision-making.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field plus two years of software engineering experience.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred.
