Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for automation initiatives.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath.
- Collaborate with process experts to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Design future-state automation solutions and obtain process-expert review and sign-off.
- Perform proof-of-concepts and feasibility studies to assess automation opportunities.
- Translate business and technical requirements into technical designs and system requirements.
- Identify process and technical gaps and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
- Participate in peer reviews and ensure code follows defined design standards.
- Support the complete RPA lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and implementation.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on UiPath RPA development experience and knowledge of the end-to-end RPA lifecycle.
- Experience with bot development, testing, deployment, UiPath Orchestrator, and RE Framework.
- Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, technical design, and functional design.
- VBA or Excel Macros, .NET, and SQL database and query knowledge.
- Finance-related automation experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- UiARD certification, UiPath Document Understanding, UiPath AI Center, AI Agents, Microsoft Power Platform, and additional automation-tool knowledge are preferred.
