Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
- Translate customer needs and complex business requirements into business, technology, and technical solutions.
- Lead discussions on transformation, customer journeys, functional designs, and application designs.
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions and resolve integration issues across diverse systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage teams, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Jakarta EE.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices concepts.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues across diverse systems.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
