Responsibilities

Build modern frontend experiences across campaign management, advertiser self-service, and other Retail Media and AdTech products.
Own end-to-end frontend delivery and integrate frontend applications with scalable backend APIs.
Develop complex web applications for reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, wallet integrations, and CRM metadata integrations.
Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, UX designers, the Retail Media business team, and other stakeholders.
Help define future architecture during the transition from outsourced development to an in-house engineering organization.
Work across multiple AdTech domains as the platform and product teams evolve.

Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience building complex production web applications.
Solid experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and working across the frontend/backend boundary.
Ability to take ownership beyond strict frontend responsibilities and collaborate in fast-growing product environments.
Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, or retail platform experience is advantageous.
Exposure to CMS, CRM integrations, self-service platforms, or Node.js/NestJS is advantageous.
