Base Salary
$175k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
- Write and maintain key agent-building artifacts and configure agent behavior.
- Configure and validate guardrails for safe and compliant agent performance.
- Set up, test, and validate customer integrations, including building necessary tools.
- Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and gather requirements.
- Translate customer needs into internal documentation and run feedback loops with Engineering.
- Partner with APMs, Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams for best-in-class builds.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong technical foundation with coding, APIs, and end-to-end integration experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Experience with LLMs or AI agents is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations and security/compliance considerations is preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math, or equivalent experience is desirable.
