Base Salary
$159k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead post-close security onboarding and risk remediation for acquisition integrations.
- Assess and secure acquired cloud infrastructure, on-premises systems, endpoints, and identity platforms.
- Develop threat models, analyze security risks, and execute actionable remediation plans.
- Onboard acquired assets to Amazon security services and provide hands-on troubleshooting and escalation.
- Review security-related architectures and designs against Amazon's security standards.
- Mentor and train acquired technical teams on Amazon security practices and culture.
- Communicate security risks and integration status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Improve acquisition integration processes and evaluate and deploy security tooling at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of combined experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration, or network security.
- Experience with scripting, programming, or security code review in Python, Java, C++, or another common language.
- Knowledge of HTTP(S), DNS, and TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Preferred experience with AWS products and services and business-division-level security solution implementation.
- Preferred experience with M&A security integration and working across multiple security domains.
- Preferred security certifications include CCSP, CEH, CFR, Cloud+, CySA+, GCED, GICSP, or PenTest+.
