Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own critical components of AI-based text safety systems.
- Implement robust AI services to ensure text quality across Roblox properties.
- Develop frameworks and APIs to support text filtering needs for multiple clients.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and safety specialists to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Create text safety quality metrics and evaluation tools for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance user and platform safety.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
