Base Salary
$197k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver a high-performance analytics environment.
- Design and scale robust data infrastructure for data retrieval and visualization.
- Ensure data systems are reliable, observable, privacy-compliant, and performant.
- Bridge the gap between data engineering, analytics, and infrastructure.
- Build intelligent automation to simplify analytical workflows.
- Contribute to internal platforms that improve developer productivity.
- Mentor junior engineers and take ownership of projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production-grade, scalable data systems.
- Understanding of AWS infrastructure including VPC, Terraform, and Amazon EKS.
- Knowledge of infra networking, including k8s ingress and load balancers.
- Experience with data infrastructure configuration using Trino/Spark.
- Strong SQL and distributed engine knowledge.
- Proficiency in Python and notebook data stacks like pandas.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
