Base Salary
$250k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct open-ended research on new model architectures and optimization techniques.
- Reproduce and extend state-of-the-art results from machine learning literature.
- Design and maintain high-performance distributed machine learning systems.
- Translate abstract mathematical concepts into robust and efficient code.
- Collaborate with Research Scientists to optimize experiments and provide tooling.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large distributed systems and parallel computing.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Proven track record of implementing complex deep learning algorithms.
