Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Lead the development and maintenance of reusable, scalable test scripts and global test frameworks.
- Support testing across multiple workstreams, environments, user interfaces, and monthly releases.
- Monitor, refactor, and optimize automation scripts for reliability, efficiency, and speed.
- Manage and mentor test automation engineers and provide guidance on automation best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align automation with the software development lifecycle.
- Manage sprint activities for test automation framework development and maintenance.
- Report automation progress, quality metrics, and test results, and track defects through resolution.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot automation tools, scripts, and environments.
- Maintain documentation and evaluate tools, technologies, and processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Experience using multi-branch approaches to support multiple workstreams.
- Experience supporting desktop, web, mobile, and third-party integrated platforms.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, GitHub, Jenkins, BrowserStack, and Atlassian.
- Experience with DevOps frameworks and processes.
- Experience testing integration interfaces and related tooling.
- Experience with ERP automation in Finance and HCM domains.
- Exposure to AI tooling within software testing and QA is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
