Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, and release QA test cases using test management tooling.
- Author test cases and improve test coverage for the robotic fulfillment product.
- Reproduce, document, track, and assess software defects with precise expected and actual results.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Test REST APIs using Postman or scripts and validate data correctness with SQL.
- Apply functional, negative, boundary, and exploratory testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements and identify ambiguity.
- Contribute scripts or tooling improvements to accelerate repetitive testing tasks.
- Use AI tooling to improve testing velocity and quality.
- Work extended hours, including weekends, when needed for major launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- At least 2 years of industry experience in QA testing.
- Experience testing web, mobile, or desktop applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to testing.
- Ability to work from written requirements and clarify ambiguous expectations.
- Scripting or coding skills such as Python or JavaScript.
- Exposure to GraphQL and/or gRPC APIs.
- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment is preferred.
