Base Salary
$140k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our Kubernetes platform, including cluster architecture and upgrades.
- Build and maintain infrastructure components using Go and Python.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for safe and fast software delivery.
- Implement observability tooling and dashboards for system health.
- Automate operational workflows around Kubernetes operations.
- Collaborate with product and backend teams on operational best practices.
- Participate in incident response and improve system reliability and security.
Requirements
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, etc.).
- Programming skills in Go and/or Python.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
- A sense of ownership and pragmatic engineering approach.
- Interest in building internal tools and automation.
