Base Salary
$110k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead deep, multi-stakeholder discovery across technical, marketing, and executive audiences.
- Map complex organizational structures and workflows to architect tailored CreatorIQ solutions.
- Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and custom workshops.
- Develop compelling, account-specific presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Serve as the technical authority on CreatorIQ's API capabilities and platform architecture.
- Articulate CreatorIQ's AI and machine learning capabilities to prospects.
- Own and drive security questionnaires and compliance documentation.
- Translate discovery insights into actionable recommendations for brands.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategic RFP/RFI responses.
- Maintain deep expertise in CreatorIQ's platform and product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a consultative pre-sales role.
- Hands-on familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in marketing technology.
- Experience managing security questionnaires and compliance processes.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Confidently leads customer meetings with authority.
- Naturally curious and analytical, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in influencer marketing or selling to enterprise marketing teams is a plus.
