Base Salary
$86k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive successful implementation projects for Pave's compensation software.
- Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations.
- Become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to customers.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication.
- Execute on the technical needs of the customer with integrations and data migration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a customer-facing CSE, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep experience and knowledge of JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations.
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
