Base Salary

$86k - $107k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful implementation projects for Pave's compensation software.
  • Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations.
  • Become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to customers.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication.
  • Execute on the technical needs of the customer with integrations and data migration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a customer-facing CSE, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep experience and knowledge of JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
