Base Salary
$205k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship scalable features across frontend UI, backend services, and APIs
- Own product features end-to-end from discovery and design through launch and iteration
- Design and evolve backend systems, APIs, data models, and services for web and mobile clients
- Build performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend experiences using React and modern web technologies
- Contribute to architecture decisions, shared components, and engineering standards
- Design and optimize relational data models in Postgres and improve system performance and observability
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous engineering-quality improvement
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver user-centered solutions
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience building production software with meaningful fullstack or cross-stack contributions
- Strong frontend fundamentals with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Backend experience building and consuming APIs, with production exposure to TypeScript, Java or Kotlin, and/or Ruby on Rails
- Experience designing relational schemas and working with Postgres
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering partners
- Product mindset focused on usability, performance, quality, and measurable impact
