Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate services for the managed logs product.
- Create self-service experiences that minimize manual steps for customers.
- Ensure services are scalable, durable, and reliable.
- Collaborate with product, support, and reliability teams to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in on-call rotations and improve operational processes.
- Implement innovative features that differentiate Crusoe Cloud's offerings.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design and scale fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Experience with observability data and technologies.
- Ownership of customer-facing services or products end to end.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on user experience.
- Strong fundamentals in microservices and infrastructure technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical ideas.
- Willingness to mentor junior engineers.
- 5+ years of software development experience with modern compiled languages.
