Responsibilities
- Write maintainable Python and Bash/shell automation code.
- Build CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure as code, and configuration management solutions.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Design and implement agentic AI, RAG, knowledge-base, and multi-agent systems.
- Integrate LLMs with business logic and external systems.
- Own production deployment, monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, security, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.
- Create vendor-agnostic architectures and make build-versus-buy and managed-service decisions.
- Prepare runbooks, deployment guides, operational documentation, demos, proofs of concept, and customer presentations.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience with strong Python and scripting skills.
- At least 2 years of deploying and operating production systems, including monitoring and incident response.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms; AWS is preferred and multi-cloud awareness is valued.
- At least 1–2 years of experience with LLMs, agentic AI, RAG systems, or production AI/ML systems.
- A proven track record of shipping AI systems to production with full automation and monitoring.
- Ability to own work from design through production operations and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Strands is advantageous.
- Experience with agent memory, evaluation and benchmarking, human-in-the-loop patterns, safety, guardrails, or responsible AI is advantageous.
- Telecommunications or enterprise IT knowledge, log analysis, operational intelligence, document processing, information extraction, or customer-facing AI delivery experience is advantageous.
