Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, efficient, and reusable platform features for APIs, data integration, and AI.
- Engineer scalable and automated solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms in alignment with architectural guidance.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevOps practices.
- Translate analytical and AI-driven requirements into scalable platform features with architects, product owners, data scientists, business intelligence specialists, and stakeholders.
- Coach peers and support technical teams in adopting coding standards, CI/CD practices, and AI development best practices.
- Research emerging technologies and improve data engineering, AI, platform, governance, and operational processes.
- Support harmonized data management, integration, and end-to-end data lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or diploma in software engineering or a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on proficiency in software development and delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, automation tools, data integration, API management, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Ability to coach technical teams and translate business requirements into sustainable technical architectures.
- Familiarity with governance, architectural principles, security best practices, data governance, privacy, security, and compliance in large enterprise environments.
- Fluent English; German and/or Romanian language skills are beneficial.
