Responsibilities
- Build robust and scalable backend services and APIs for advertising technologies.
- Design and develop reliable, secure, and efficient data pipelines and processing systems.
- Contribute to API development, testing, documentation, observability, and software quality.
- Work as part of a small, self-organized, cross-functional software development team.
- Coach and develop team members through feedback and technical guidance.
- Take ownership of improvements to engineering practices and the codebase.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in agile software development.
- Professional experience developing in at least one high-level programming language.
- Professional experience with a backend technology such as Go, Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Passion for clean code and testing, with an interest in learning new technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Full-stack development experience with a focus on backend development is considered a fit.
