Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business development, product management, and engineering teams to create and deploy integration solutions for complex enterprise client needs.
- Lead customer requirements-gathering sessions to define business goals, technical requirements, and integration objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Seismic’s platform capabilities, APIs, standard offerings, and custom integrations.
- Provide strategic and hands-on technical guidance throughout evaluation, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
- Lead multiple concurrent technical projects across geographically distributed teams and manage risks, escalations, delivery, and quality.
- Develop scalable and reusable integration strategies, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing customer support aligned with SLAs.
- Conduct virtual and on-site customer training and advocate for customer-driven product enhancements and feature requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in enterprise content professional services.
- At least one year of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and testing API integrations and solutions, with above-average RESTful API knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, web service consumption, SOQL, and Salesforce Reporting, plus expert knowledge of Excel models, SSO, SMTP, SCIM, and Salesforce Setup.
- Experience leading requirements gathering on large-scale projects and leading teams across different geographies.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and the ability to write and troubleshoot Python code snippets.
- Strong communication, facilitation, project management, organizational, relationship development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI tools and building agents, business requirements creation for technical products, and collaboration with management.
- Experience with Seismic or another sales enablement platform and technical product management is a plus.
