Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeper.
- Configure Pro WFM business structures, labor categories, tiles, display profiles, data views, CRT tables, and integrations.
- Support functional, integration, UAT, automated, and manual testing for the UKG platform.
- Assist customers with testing, solution understanding, and system handover.
- Build custom reports using BIRT and support SQL reporting where applicable.
- Deliver implementation and support projects as a lead or individual contributor.
- Mentor junior team members and manage assigned tasks through completion.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- Four to five years of Pro WFM domain experience is required in the technical experience section, with at least two years of Pro WFM experience also stated.
- Strong Kronos functional expertise in timekeeping and absence management.
- Knowledge of business structure setup, labor category setup, tiles setup, and display profiles setup in Pro WFM.
- Experience supporting implementation or support projects as a lead or individual contributor.
- Experience with UKG platform test automation or manual testing.
- Knowledge of data views, CRT tables, integrations, and other UKG modules such as Leave, Attendance, and Devices is preferred.
- Experience with BIRT custom reporting and Boomi is advantageous.
- SQL Reporting and Boomi certification are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
