Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions.
- Lead enterprise client engagements from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams as a trusted advisor, provide industry and technical thought leadership, and articulate feature requests for the product roadmap.
- Work with product teams to address product-market-fit gaps and drive product development and iteration roadmaps.
- Provide post-sales solution support and drive upsell and cross-sell activities with Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong business acumen.
- At least 5 years of related work experience in a similar or related field.
- Experience with cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
- Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa.
- Strong problem-solving, resilience, strategic-thinking, and analytical skills in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
- Chinese language proficiency for managing stakeholders and business growth with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
- Preferred: understanding of cloud applications and big data technologies.
- Preferred: computer science or engineering equivalent degree.
- Preferred: experience with large enterprise clients in e-commerce, retail, media, entertainment, or gaming.
- Preferred: solution architecture or pre-sales solution engineering experience in B2B AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud-computing environments.
- Preferred: understanding of public cloud use cases, including CDN, WAF, DDoS, livestream, RTC, VOD, ML recommendation, computer vision, NLP, and generative AI.
