Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support in partnership with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
- Support clients throughout the full end-to-end sales process and deliver Proof of Value engagements.
- Present Threat Intelligence Reports and cybersecurity advice to technical teams and C-level executives.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
- Help drive product adoption, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Technical background with existing sales engineering experience in pre-sales or post-sales engagements.
- Strong knowledge of network and security devices and systems, including Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, IDS, IPS, and SIEM.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical information compellingly.
- Ability to collaborate in an innovative, fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines.
- Ability to build long-lasting business relationships.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
