Responsibilities

Execute solution architecture for customer opportunities by mapping objectives to product capabilities, integration patterns, and delivery approaches.
Produce architecture diagrams, integration flows, assumptions, risks, nonfunctional requirements, sizing inputs, and implementation approach notes.
Support technical qualification, requirements clarification, solution shaping, customer technical meetings, and responses to technical questions.
Map customer workflows to solution capabilities, resolve technical objections, and identify adoption blockers for retention and expansion efforts.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Technology, and Enterprise Data teams to ensure solutions are deployable and supportable.
Support prototypes and proofs of concept, validate feasibility, document results and limitations, and contribute reusable patterns, playbooks, documentation, and training.

5+ years of experience in pre-sales solution architecture, technical sales enablement, technology, and/or GTM architecture.
Technical fluency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as hyperscalers and modern orchestration approaches.
Working fluency in AI and automation concepts, including agentic frameworks and orchestration tools, with the ability to translate capabilities into deployable client solutions.
Ability to produce and review architecture diagrams, integration flows, nonfunctional requirements, and implementation approach notes.
Experience communicating with technical and commercial audiences and delivering concise written outputs that support deal progression.
Ability to coordinate inputs across Sales, Product, and Technology in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
