Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions.
- Lead enterprise client engagements end-to-end from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation.
- Conduct demos, presentations, RFI/RFP activities, architecture design workshops, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams, provide thought leadership and industry knowledge, and articulate feature requests for product roadmaps.
- Work with product teams to close product-market-fit gaps and drive product development iterations.
- Provide post-sales solution support and drive upsell and cross-sell activities with Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong business acumen.
- At least 5 years of related work experience in a similar or related field.
- Experience with cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
- Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills demonstrated through relevant past projects.
- Good understanding of cloud applications and big data technologies preferred.
- Computer science or engineering equivalent degree preferred.
- Experience with large enterprise clients in ecommerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, and/or gambling preferred.
- Experience as a solutions architect or pre-sales solution engineer in B2B, ideally in AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, and/or cloud computing preferred.
- Understanding of public cloud business use cases, including edge networks, CDN, WAF, DDoS, video streaming, livestream, RTC, VOD, ML Recommend, computer vision, NLP, and generative AI preferred.
