Responsibilities

Execute solution architecture for opportunities and customer engagements using approved product capabilities, integration patterns, and delivery approaches.
Create reusable architecture artifacts including diagrams, integration flows, assumptions, risks, non-functional requirements, and implementation approach notes.
Partner with Sales and Account teams on technical qualification, requirements clarification, solution shaping, customer meetings, and technical questions.
Map customer workflows to solution capabilities, resolve technical objections, and support retention and expansion by addressing adoption blockers.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to ensure proposed solutions are deployable and supportable.
Support prototypes and proofs of concept, validate feasibility, document results and limitations, and contribute to playbooks, documentation, and training.

At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales solution architecture, technical sales enablement, technology architecture, and/or GTM architecture.
Technical fluency in AWS, Azure, GCP, hyperscalers, and modern orchestration approaches.
Working fluency in AI/automation concepts, including agentic frameworks and orchestration tools, with the ability to translate capabilities into deployable client solutions.
Ability to produce and review architecture diagrams, integration flows, performance, availability and security requirements, and implementation approach notes.
Strong communication skills with technical and commercial audiences and the ability to deliver concise written outputs supporting deal progression.
Ability to coordinate across Sales, Product, and Technology in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
