Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and connected enterprise systems.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and functional leads.
- Design integration patterns using APIs, middleware, batch and real-time interfaces, and event-driven approaches.
- Define API standards, canonical data models, data migration strategies, and data validation mechanisms.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, and deployment quality.
- Guide development teams through architecture and code reviews, best practices, mentoring, and quality oversight.
- Support pre-sales through solutioning, effort estimation, and architecture advice.
- Produce technical documentation including ERDs, sequence diagrams, data mappings, architecture blueprints, and Architecture Decision Records.
- Communicate technical decisions to client, business, and IT stakeholders in Arabic and English.
Requirements
- 8+ years of client-facing consulting experience focused on Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft; Marketing Cloud experience is listed as good to have.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Experience delivering secure, scalable solutions in cross-functional project teams.
- Strong technical documentation skills, including ERDs, process flows, and sequence diagrams.
- Proven experience designing scalable integrations with external systems.
- Salesforce certifications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and one or more architect domain certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
- Experience with estimation and planning across multidisciplinary teams using agile methods.
- Preferred experience with Kafka or Confluent event streaming, Schema Registry, Avro/JSON serialization, nested JSON and EDIFACT transformation, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, or delivery in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
