Responsibilities
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across application planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard, configure, and customize applications on DevOps tools.
- Create user access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting that connects software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
- Provide support to internal and external customers, resolve tool-related tickets within specified timelines, and follow escalation procedures.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- Mandatory DevOps skills.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Ability to support and troubleshoot DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting integrations.
