Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and test plans for web-based applications.
- Validate functionality, usability, and performance requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and retest software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
- Support regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain testing documentation and test cases.
- Help improve testing processes, standards, and quality metrics.
- Learn and participate in test automation efforts as applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of software QA, testing, or related experience.
- Fundamental understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Preferred: exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Preferred: experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans, JIRA, or related application testing platforms.
- Preferred: basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
- Preferred: familiarity with web application testing.
- Preferred: knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Preferred: understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
