Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration of UiPath bots to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
Assess UiPath workflows, bots, dependencies, frameworks, and business processes to determine migration feasibility and approach.
Define migration strategies, architecture, standards, best practices, roadmaps, and reusable frameworks.
Design and develop scalable, secure, reusable, and maintainable PAD automation solutions.
Provide technical guidance and architectural leadership to PAD developers.
Troubleshoot complex automation issues involving UI selectors, web and desktop applications, Citrix, remote applications, integrations, exception handling, performance, and reliability.
Integrate PAD with Power Automate Cloud Flows, APIs, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
Review automation designs and code for architecture, security, quality, and performance compliance.
Conduct technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, POCs, and architecture reviews with clients.
Support production issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
Mentor developers on PAD practices, troubleshooting, migration standards, and development guidelines.
Ensure migration projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

10–12 years of experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and UiPath.
Proven experience delivering UiPath-to-PAD migration projects.
Strong understanding of RPA architecture, design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of UI automation, including dynamic and complex selector handling.
Experience troubleshooting complex automation failures and performance issues.
Experience developing reusable automation components and frameworks.
Understanding of Power Automate Cloud Flows and PAD-to-cloud-flow integration.
Experience with API integration, web services, databases, and enterprise applications.
Understanding of exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and automation monitoring.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, client-facing, analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural recommendations, and independently drive technical decisions.
Strong mentoring and team leadership capabilities.
Preferred experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, Microsoft 365, SQL, scripting languages, Citrix, SAP, web-based applications, legacy desktop applications, RPA governance, CoE frameworks, security, and enterprise automation standards.
Experience leading large-scale RPA transformation or modernization programs is preferred.
