Base Salary
$197k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the technical design and implementation of core modules within the Ads Manager.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of immersive 3D ad units and optimize ad serving mechanisms.
- Design and build self-service tools and reporting dashboards for creators.
- Author comprehensive technical design documents for new features.
- Work with ML teams to integrate AI-powered capabilities into the ad experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of delivering complex systems.
- Deep experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) and backend development (Go, C#).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
- Experience or interest in Ad Tech concepts such as campaign management and auction-based systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead medium-to-large projects from conception to launch.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
