Responsibilities
- Partner with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and engineering leaders to deliver polished, mobile-responsive web experiences.
- Architect, design, develop, and maintain reusable front-end components, UI patterns, and scalable design systems.
- Translate high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant interfaces.
- Create responsive web designs compatible with modern browsers and devices.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold UI quality, maintainability, and performance standards.
- Use Git and GitHub pull request workflows in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Participate in planning, implementation, testing, release, and deployment across the full development lifecycle.
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and UI decisions with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers to conceptualize, iterate, and finalize modern UI solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production-grade front-end applications with a strong focus on UI quality and user experience.
- Recent experience working with .NET is required.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web design principles.
- Proven experience developing applications with Blazor WebAssembly or Blazor Server in a .NET ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of component-based architecture, reusable UI patterns, and scalable design systems.
- Experience translating high-fidelity designs from Figma or similar tools into pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of CSS architecture, modular styling approaches, and preprocessors such as Sass.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with web application performance optimization techniques.
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative pull request workflows.
- Strong visual attention to detail, passion for polished user interfaces, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
