Responsibilities

Design sophisticated user interfaces for business stakeholders managing a machine-learning-based marketing system.
Implement web applications using React and integrate APIs provided by backend teams.
Contribute to solution design workshops and advise on implementation approaches.
Partner with client stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and make design decisions.
Translate business requirements into technical and design requirements.
Perform unit and integration testing and test automation for React applications.
Work within an iterative delivery team using Agile tools and practices.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
A consultative approach to software development and software engineering.
Strong frontend development experience with React.js, Redux, Tailwind, and TypeScript.
Project experience with large-scale web services.
Experience designing user interfaces for complex business use cases.
Experience eliciting business requirements and translating them into technical and design requirements.
Familiarity with Git workflows and the ability to tailor them to project needs.
A proven ability and willingness to adopt new technologies quickly.

Fully remote work from Poland.
B2B or permanent employment basis.
Time-zone alignment and collaboration with UK delivery teams and client stakeholders.
