Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using .NET Core and .NET 6+.
- Architect and implement scalable, resilient, and maintainable microservices-based solutions.
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Design database schemas, write complex queries, and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain application availability and performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience focused on .NET and .NET Core.
- Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.
- Practical Kubernetes experience in AKS, EKS, or an on-premises Kubernetes environment.
- Solid database design and development experience, particularly with PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka, and cloud concepts.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP managed services; Docker and containerization; Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK; and spoken Chinese.
