Responsibilities
- Build and operate a unified AI platform providing governed access to LLMs and agent development.
- Develop reusable RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and prompt evaluation and management capabilities.
- Integrate the AI platform with Snowflake and dbt data foundations while embedding security, cost controls, and governance.
- Roll out and support Copilot and enterprise AI tools, including onboarding, usage guidelines, guardrails, playbooks, and impact tracking.
- Partner with operations, fleet, compliance, and other domain teams to build use-case-driven AI solutions.
- Provide reference patterns for internal-data RAG, AI agents, and workflows, and support reliable, scalable production deployments.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background in backend or platform engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and system design.
- Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake and SQL, and dbt or similar tools.
- Exposure to LLMs, embeddings, or RAG concepts.
- Experience with Azure AI services or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with GitHub and developer tooling is preferred.
- Experience building internal platforms or enabling other teams is preferred.
- Interest in applying AI to real business problems is preferred.
