Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of financial backend modules for wealth-management systems using Golang.
- Design technical solutions, participate in architecture discussions, and complete complex backend tasks.
- Design MySQL tables, write SQL, and optimize database performance for stability and data consistency.
- Develop Redis caching strategies and use Kafka or other messaging middleware for asynchronous processing.
- Participate in monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, documentation, code reviews, and engineering quality improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related major.
- At least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Golang, C++, Java, or Rust, with strong coding fundamentals.
- Familiarity with MySQL indexing, transaction isolation, slow-query analysis, Redis cache design, and common cache failures.
- Familiarity with Kafka or RocketMQ, gRPC or Thrift, microservice governance, Linux operations, troubleshooting, and Git.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals, operating systems, networking, distributed systems, and database consistency.
- Preferred qualifications include financial or wealth-management development, distributed system design, blockchain projects, AI-assisted coding with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT, and technical community contributions.
