Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions addressing complex business challenges.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support team capability development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and application design and deployment best practices.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and code optimization.
- Ability to work with development frameworks and tools to create scalable, maintainable software.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
