Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Develop and enforce data policies and standards across software applications.
- Analyze and improve data quality and integrity within complex systems.
- Lead best-practice initiatives to improve team productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Governance.
- Proficiency in Data Governance and strong understanding of data management principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience developing and enforcing data policies and standards across software applications.
- Ability to analyze and improve data quality and integrity within complex systems.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks supporting data governance and stewardship.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate governance practices into software development.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
